Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous (OCA) is a fellowship of people who are using the 12 Steps programme bases on Alcoholics Anonymous to obtain releif form our obsessions and compulsions. It is a spiritual and not a religious programme.
We meet in Brighton on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
